Join us on the morning of February 26, 2025, as we bring together Habitat for Humanity volunteers from across Texas for an unforgettable build on the south steps of the Texas State Capitol. We’re building all the walls for a Habitat home, raising our hammers high to show that every Texan deserves a decent and affordable place to call home. 

Check-in begins at 8:30 AM, where you’ll receive your FREE T-shirt to wear during the build. We’ll get to work right after, and by noon, we'll come together for a well-earned lunch, knowing that we’ve helped create something that will change lives.

Several Volunteer Roles Available!

• Capitol Build Volunteer: 8 AM- 12PM on 2/26/25, will help construct the walls of the home. 
• Construction Leader: 12 PM - 4 PM on 2/25/25 and 8 am- 12 PM on 2/26/25, will help prepare construction materials prior to the event on 2/26 and will assist in managing volunteers on 2/26. (Make sure you sign up for both days!)
• University Student Volunteer: TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE, both morning and afternoon shift volunteers will help construct the walls of the home. 
• Youth Volunteers: 8 AM - 12 PM, MUST HAVE AN ADULT PRESENT. Youth Groups MUST contact the event coordinator for approval.
